As a Member of the Wellington Racing Club you are entitled to Reciprocal Rights with a large number of major racing clubs in New Zealand, Australia and Asia.
It is important when visiting a reciprocal Club that you have your Membership Cards or a Letter of Introduction from the Wellington Racing Club. A letter can be produced by contacting Darin Balcombe at email@example.com or on 04 528 9611.
Unless stated the gate charge at all meetings must be paid where applicable. Members without season guest privileges at Trentham may be restricted to one Members’ ticket at other Clubs.
While every effort is made to ensure these reciprocal rights are correct, individual Clubs may vary benefits provided from time to time.We would appreciate any feedback as to your experience at other clubs.
Note that these reciprocal rights are also available to other RACE inc "Premier" and ""Full" level memberships.
Reciprocal Clubs and your benefits as a member of the WRC
All RACE Inc. Clubs
(Manawatu, Feilding, Marton, Rangitikei & Otaki-Maori)
A WRC Member is entitled to racecourse entry and two Members’ tickets for all race days at Awapuni, Otaki and Trentham, including Levin RC and Masterton RC meetings at these venues. Additional tickets may be available by contacting WRC prior to race day
A WRC Member is entitled up to two Members’ tickets for any ARC meeting by presenting their Membership Cards, or a letter from the WRC, at the Race-day Office.
A WRC Member is entitled to request Members’ tickets for all Counties Racing Club meetings as required (reasonable limits apply).
A WRC Member will be provided complimentary tickets to the Kentucky (Members) Lounge on presentation of their current WRC membership. Gate admission charges (if any) must be paid.
A WRC Member is entitled up to two Members’ tickets for any HBRI meeting by presenting their Membership Cards, or a letter from the WRC, at the Race-day Office.
A WRC Member is entitled up to two Members’ tickets for any CJC meeting by presenting their Membership Cards, or a WRC letter, at the Race-day Office.

WRC members are required to pay course entry and will receive a complimentary members ticket on production of their current WRC Member Card and a PHOTO ID at all four courses on all days other than The Autumn Carnival Race Days.
This includes complimentary Member access during the Spring Racing Carnivals.
Purchasing of Members Stand Tickets Days One and Two of the Championships
As a Member of the Wellington Race Club you are required to pay the course entry and will receive one complimentary ticket for yourself into the members area.
You may also purchase one ticket for a guest into the members area to accompany you, they will also pay course entry.
Please present on the day with your Wellington Race Club membership card/badge and PHOTO ID
All reciprocals are processed on the day at the entry. Members Gate A Alison Road Randwick, infield Member Office or Ticketing office South Drum QE11 Stand.

A WRC Member is entitled to one complimentary Members ticket on a non feature day. On other feature days two Members Stand tickets can be purchased from the Race-day Office by showing proof of Membership.
For the Melbourne Cup Carnival, the Victoria Racing Club extend an invitation to WRC Members to purchase Members’ Enclosure Ticketing for the Carnival.

Note that the closing date for postal applications is Friday 16th October 2015 as noted on the application. While VRC will continue to sell tickets after this date,they will need to be collected prior to raceday or purchased directly over the counter.

A WRC Member is entitled to one complimentary Members’ ticket on all days at Caulfield & Sandown (including Caulfield Cup Day). Members’ also have the opportunity to purchase one guest pass as well.
A WRC Member has the opportunity to purchase two Members’ tickets for all days at Moonee Valley (including Cox Plate Day). On non-major days some complimentary tickets will be available. On all days the gate charge must be paid where applicable. Should you wish to know rights in advance, please contact the WRC prior to travel.

A WRC Member is entitled to one complimentary Members’ tickets on all race days at Eagle Farm and Doomben. WRC Members must show ID and their WRC Members Card or Letter of Introduction from the Club. On all days the gate charge must be paid where applicable.
For the 2015 Channel Seven Brisbane Racing Carnival (May and June), the Brisbane Racing Club extends an invitation for WRC Members to purchase Reciprocal Members Reserve tickets and one additional guest ticket.
WRC Members must return the Reciprocal Member Application Form for the Carnival at least 1 week prior to the day they wish to attend.

WRC members is entitled to receive members privileges at CJC following paying gate entry except on the following Carnivals due to capacity restraints.

A WRC Member is entitled to two complimentary Members’ tickets for non feature and semi-feature days. On major race days the badge holder may purchase up to two tickets.
The Werribee Racing Club offer the Wellington Racing Club Members Reciprocal Rights to all of their race meetings including Werribee Cup Day in November. These rights allow Wellington RC members free entry into the racecourse on all days including access to the Member’s Dining Room (excluding Cup Day & Christmas Day).
A WRC Member is entitled to one complimentary Members’ ticket and the opportunity to purchase one additional guest ticket for all days at Ascot & Belmont Park.
Other international Racing Clubs
A WRC Member is entitled to one complimentary Members’ ticket and the opportunity to purchase an additional guest pass for all race meetings at Happy Valley & Sha Tin (including the HKJC International Race Meeting).
A WRC Member is asked to make prior arrangements for complimentary tickets before visiting Singapore Racecourse and all requests must be accompanied by a letter of introduction from the WRC. Complimentary tickets are available to a Member and their guest except for major race-meetings.
