Join us on Saturday 25th May 2013 for our Autumn Meeting, celebrating the Clubs Members Day with free course entry for the public, and including the annual Trentham Punters Challenge

Members Jackpot is back and has jackpotted to $1000 for todays meeting! Members must be here to win! 

A great extra incentive to be at Trentham! A $250 bet for the day is up for grabs for all Members on course for every day of the 2012 / 2013 season with a drawn name announced on the PA between Races 2 and 3. This must be claimed within 10 minutes from the race day office, however, if unclaimed, the bet will increase for the next meeting by $250 to a maximum of a $1000 bet. Any remaining Jackpot must be won on the last day of the season, with a new draw following each race continuing until the prize is claimed, until just prior to the last.

Members Stand tickets can be purchased for $15 each. Tickets can be brought on the day from the Raceday office or purchased prior to raceday by ringing 0800 TRENTHAM.

Wellington Racing Club Committee invites Members and guests to the annual Trentham Members Breakfast on Saturday 25 May 2013

"A dream burst into reality" will be hosted by TV & Radio racing personality Des Coppins with special guests the Wellington connections of champion It's a Dundeel 

Des will interview Tony Craig Syndicate Manager, Murray Anderson the Breeder & it's Wellington connections with a light hearted look into the road to history of the fifth horse to win the coveted Triple Crown of Australia consisting of the Randwick Guineas, Rosehill Guineas & AJC Australian Derby. 

Now that Black Caviar is retired is It's A Dundeel the new champion of Australia? 

Join us for the annual Members Brunch to hear the great stories that make It's A Dundeel a horse from New Zealand we can all be proud of!

TIME: Arrival from 9.30am. Brunch served from 10.00am

Punters Club
A Punters Club will be held on the day with tickets only $5 each and available from the office and select totes before Race 3. Todays selector will be advised.
All bets will be placed on races 3-8 at Trentham. Any dividend will be declared after the 8th race and paid out from any on course tote on the day.

THE VINES CAFE & BAR: Ground Floor Public Stand
Open from 11.00am with cafe style food plus your favourite Hot Dogs, chips, sandwiches etc 

TELFORD CAFE & BAR: Located Ground Floor Members Stand (South end)
Open from 11.00am with cafe style food plus your favourite Hot Dogs, chips, sandwiches etc.

WELLINGTON ROOM & CASTLETOWN CAFE: Located First Floor Members Stand (South end)

Getting there

By Train
Leaving central Wellington every 30 minutes (5 minutes past and 35 minutes past the hour), approx time from City to Trentham is 40 mins. Return trains to Wellington from Trentham also leave at 5 minutes past and 35 minutes past the hour.Click here for Metlink timetables.

By Car
Trentham Racecourse is located on Racecourse Road.  
Members, Owners, Jockeys & Trainers are invited to park in the Leger Car Park at the Northern end of the course. 
Public parking is available on Racecourse Road and surrounding areas and public are also invited to park in the Members Car park for todays meeting. Click here for Google Maps
